Have you been outside today? Fresh air is essential for mental and physical health. I want you to go out and BE ACTIVE! Go out for a jog, take a walk in the park, or ride your bike over to your friend's house... Do something!

* Make a treasure map and hide the treasure for someone to find in 50 years
* Smell the inside of your nose
* Count every piece of paper in your possession
* Alphabetize your entire book collection
* Draw a heart
* Paint a picture
* Go for a walk
* Bake
* Eat an apple from New Zealand
* Tell someone you love them
* Learn a new instrument

I love Summer!
Summer is the time of year when you're out of school and there's no stress. It's a time when you can relax, sleep in, and sleep late. It's like a 2-month long weekend. Summer's also warm, so you can go to the beach and get a tan. BUT PUT SUNSCREEN ON! You do not want to get a nasty sun burn! If you're a summer lover, like me, please feel free to comment.
