Have you been outside today? Fresh air is essential for mental and physical health. I want you to go out and BE ACTIVE! Go out for a jog, take a walk in the park, or ride your bike over to your friend's house... Do something!

Lincon meat Jesus

Sophia has just introduced me to a great artist, Mark Ryden. I encourage you all to look him up on google or click here for his website. Most of his painting are somewhat disturbing, but I think they're pretty cool. ENJOY!
